Tasting notes from the producer: Colour: Burnished chestnut
Nose: Freesia, dried geranium and lillies of the valley merge with the aromas of Chablis, citrus fruits and gooseberries, followed by sweeter notes of acacia honey, applie pie, vanilla pods and cream.
Taste: Initially dry and floral with notes of carnations, developing into sweeter notes of lemon meringue, grilled almonds and light creme caramel fudge, with a hint of white pepper, nutmeg oak spices and light coconut.
Finish: Lightly sweet and warm with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.
A limited edition of 339 bottles released in 2021.
