Tax refunds

 

We are able to offer VAT refunds to overseas companies who are exporting the goods in passenger luggage from London airports. Please note that VAT refunds are no longer available where the customer named on the invoice is a private individual. 

There is an administration fee to cover our costs as follows:

• London Heathrow £135
• London Gatwick £165
• Other London airports £250

Please note you will need to arrive at the airport 3hrs in advance of departure and you will be asked to show the goods to customs officers at the airport. We will organise assistance with the paperwork.
