Matured in a European oak hogshead, this 1963 vintage was released in 2014 and presented in a handcrafted wooden case designed by Scottish furniture maker Sam Chinnery. Constructed from 49 layers of wood using seven Scottish timbers, the case includes Banffshire elm sourced from the distillery site itself. A brass ring acts as the closing mechanism, completing the 50th layer.
A limited edition of 128 bottles released in 2014.
