Matured in sherry and ex-bourbon casks for 15 years followed by a further 12 years in first-fill Oloroso butts. 

Presented with an three-minute hourglass and booklet, complete with all original packaging. The idea is that you should spend at least three minutes nosing it before taking the first sip.

A limited edition of 3,000 bottles released in 2021.
