Deliveries to the countries listed below will attract local import taxes which are the responsibility of the receiver.
Customers in the United States will receive an invoice for import tariffs from The Whisky Source before we can dispatch your order.
Import taxes for deliveries to any country other than the USA will be collected by DHL and you will receive a request to make the payment on arrival at customs in your local country.
It is important that you are contactable and responsive when your parcel arrives in customs, otherwise your parcel may be returned to us and you will be charged for a re-delivery.
Kindly note that The Whisky Source cannot be held responsible for the actions of foreign customs authorities. Also note that failure to pay taxes due on arrival within the required timeframe could result in your parcel being seized by customs and additional fees may become payable before the parcel is released. Any additional fees incurred in this way are your responsibility and will not be covered by The Whisky Source.
