Producer tasting notes:
Colour: Deep golden syrup

Nose: Smooth manuka honey and juniper berries with ripe apricot, truffle and wild plum

Taste: Dark chocolate cream fondant and heathery patchouli with waxed orange peel. Tobacco leaf and blueberry linger into the long elegant waxy finish

Matured for the full term in a refill bourbon barrel, bottled by hand and released around 2017.
