Pear drops, fruit loaf and dark chocolate combine with the sweetness of poached fruit and ripe red apples; with just a hint of oak and seville orange zest, the finish has a pleasant wood-like spiciness.

A limited edition of 1,320 bottles released around 2009. Presented in a solid hardwood cabinet with explanatory booklet detailing the history of the distillery.
