Palate: gently peated with hints of earthiness, pineapple and citrus notes

Tsukuriwake means 'artisanship through a diversity of making'. The Peated Malt is one of four editions released in 2022 that together demonstrate the component parts of Yamazaki before blending. This edition sits alongside Mizunara Oak, Spanish Oak and Puncheon.
