Amber hues fade into a deep blue sky over the icy Spey, waiting for winter to blanket the estate in snow. Inside the house, warmth and comfort from vanilla pods, smooth notes of ginger and clove fringed with orange peel and soft oak; a rich and spicy palate leads to a citrus explosion, then relaxes into a balanced finish of sweet oak and vanilla.
